This was the residential quarters of Dadi Kerawalla , a cousin of Eruch. Dadi was a horticulturist working in Agriculture Department. The place was peaceful and surrounded by fruit orchards.
Around 1950’s, Meher Baba and His mandali used to stay in this place during their visits to Pune.
